What if it rains on my booked day?

Watch the forecast and decide by 7 PM the night before whether to keep or move your booking. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we issue a credit for a future date. If we cancel for unsafe conditions, full credit.

Can I extend my rental once it's delivered?

Yes, if the kit isn't booked the next day. Text us by 5 PM on the day of your rental to extend. We'll bill the next-day rate (less any multi-day discount that applies) and reschedule pickup.

Can I add items mid-rental?

Yes if we have inventory and we're already in your area. Text us — we'll do our best.

Do you set up the kit?

No. Drop-off only. Each kit comes with a quick setup card (or scan-to-watch video) so you can have it sorted in five minutes. Beach umbrellas, the family beach tent, and the Fireside Kit all have visual instructions in the bag.

Can I change my delivery address after booking?

Yes if it's still in our service zone, before 7 PM the night before. After that, we're locked in for the morning's route.

What if my Airbnb host or front desk won't accept the kit?

That's why we ask for drop instructions in advance. If we arrive and there's no way to leave the kit safely, we'll wait 15 minutes, attempt contact, and if we can't reach you, we leave with the kit (no-show policy applies). Coordinate with your host before booking.

Are kits clean?

Every kit is fully inspected, wiped, washed, or laundered between rentals. Fabric items (rugs, tent, umbrella canopy) are sand-cleared and spot-cleaned; speaker, cooler, table, chairs are sanitized. We document the condition of every kit before it leaves and immediately when it returns.

Can I buy add-ons (towels, sunscreen, etc.) and keep them?

Yes — products listed under "To Keep" on the booking page are yours. They get delivered with the kit and never come back to us.
